The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.376 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no evidence against the petitioner and he has been prosecuted by the police on the basis of only one Aadhar Card. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
