2. Petitioner apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 328, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with one other F.I.R. named accused person killed the daughter of the informant and her two children by poisoning, due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It is further alleged that the accused persons also disappeared the dead bodies by cremating them.
4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.
5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is the only son and there is no one to take care of his parents. It
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18977 of 2024(3) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 is next submitted that as a matter of fact, due to some quarrel between the parties, the deceased administered poison to their children and she herself consumed the poison out of anger.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific accusation against him that he committed murder of the deceased and her children. He next submits that deceased died within seven years of marriage in an unnatural circumstances.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
