This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Town P.S. Case No. 840 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail is dismissed.
