JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 329 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with others have cheated a senior citizen of Rs. 37,50,000/- (Rs. Thirty Seven Lakh Fiftey Thousand Only).

4. The learned counsel for the informant has

5. Considering the aforesaid, this court is of the considered opinion that petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail in the present case.

6. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed. However dismissal of the case will not come in the way of settling the dispute between the parties. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U
