The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 324, 436, 504, 506, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was case and counter case between the parties and the injuries are said to have been inflicted on both sides. It is further submitted that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, the only allegation against him is that he snatched nose pin from the nose of Kalawati Devi.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36908 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018.
