The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kauakol P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others, assaulting the deceased. Therefore, I do not feel it proper to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kauakol P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/concerned court stands rejected.
