The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.568 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has agreed to repay the entire amount of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs fifty thousand) to the informant.

Considered the submission of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the court of Ms. Neha Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya within four weeks from today and produce demand draft of Rs.75,000/- in the name of the informant. On production of demand draft of Rs.75,000/-, the petitioner, above-named, shall be released on

No.27608 of 2021(3) dt.23-03-2022 2/2 provisional bail for a period of three months from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Neha Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.568 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The entire balance amount must be paid to the informant by the petitioner within a period of four months from today. On payment of the entire balance amount, provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed. In case of default in payment of the entire amount within the stipulated period, bail bond of the petitioner shall stand cancelled and he shall be taken into custody forthwith.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is allowed.
