JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.4.2018, seeks bail in Bhagalpur Kotwali PS Case No. 213 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of not paying friendly loan of fifteen lakh rupees and odd amount to the informant is against Anurag Kishan Rungta, Anand Kishan Rungta and Mohan Kishan Rungta, the petitioner is staff of the business establishment and only allegation against him is that the persons who had taken loan were threatening the informant not to ask for money and claiming the petitioner as shooter, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent except two cases of similar nature between both sides.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ashok Raj Thakur @ Ashok Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali PS Case No. 213 of 2018.
