The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be husband of the informant has already filed a divorce case bearing Divorce Case No. 183 of 2018 before the Family Judge, Deoghat which is evident from Annexure-2 itself, in which the informant has also appeared and on account of the same the petitioner has falsely implicated in this case by the informant. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 15786 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - XI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
