The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 342, 452, 471, 472, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the long list of criminal cases being pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend him benefits of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
