The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38(1), (2), 41, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case 51.840 liquor was seized. Learned counsel submit that the petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
