2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 309(4) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, the informant was going to Sasural on his Splendor bike and on the way, he saw three persons on black Splendor came and block his way and throw him from his bike and thereafter all the accused persons snatched Rs.7,000/- from the pocket along with mobile phone and Hero Splendor Bike of the informant on the gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16734 of 2025(3) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 submits that the name of the petitioner figured during course of the investigation and he had no knowledge about the incident and no test identification parade has been done and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Saharsa in connection with Saurbazar P.S.
