2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.11.2015 passed in CWJC No. 8512 of 2015.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the OP Nos. 2 and 4, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 09.05.2017 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1869 of 2016 stands
