The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Belaganj Police Station Case No.346 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya.

From the jungle side, recovery of liquor is there. Petitioners have got criminal antecedents of similar nature. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16076 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 above named, on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer stands refused.
