Case No. 37 of 2000 dated 09.03.2000 instituted for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have fired at the informant leading to injuries on his person.

In this case, it has been argued, final report false was submitted by the police way back in the year 2001. However, after fifteen years, differing with the police report, learned Magistrate has taken cognizance under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Case No. 37 of 2000.
