JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been filed for setting aside the order whereunder decree of divorce has been granted in favour of respondent on the basis of mutual consent. He further submits that the petitioner neither put her signature nor gave her consent for divorce. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in order to set aside the decree of divorce, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file a suit before appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
