JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a Technician outside the country and because of his employment condition he could not reach in time to surrender and submit the bail bond pursuant to the earlier order dated 13.02.2018 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 4532 of 2018.

In the facts and circumstances pleaded before this Court the operative part of the order dated 13.02.2018 in so far as it relates to the present petitioner be read as in case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of two weeks from today and satisfies the conditions of the bail bond as indicated in the order dated 13.02.2018, he shall be released on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36560 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 The application stands disposed off.
