Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a complaint case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 406, 420 and 504 of the Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the father of Devendra Kumar who issued the cheque which is said to have dishonoured.

Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

No.33594 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 this order in the court below and apply for regular bail, which should be considered in accordance with law and if it is true that petitioner has been implicated in this case only because he happens to be the father of the accused who issued the cheque which was dishonoured, he be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 739 C/13.
