The sole petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with NH Bangra P.S. Case no.90 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 51, 63, 65 of the Copy Right Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that no offence either under Section 420 or 379 of the Indian Penal Code is made out. He submits that hardly it can be a case for violation of provisions of Copy Right Act.

In view of facts and circumstances, the Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22552 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 considers that it is a fit case for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, namely Md. Zakir Hussain @ Zakir Hussain, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10, 000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with NH Bangra P.S. Case no.90 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
