Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 363/366(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, as lodged by the informant, is that his daughter has been kidnapped by the petitioner and two others.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that the allegation against the petitioner is false. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 11.03.2018. However, learned APP for the State opposes the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38035 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2018 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bettiah (M) P.S.
