The petitioner is in custody in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017, a case under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged by the father of the victim girl alleging therein that the petitioner was involved in kidnapping of the daughter of the informant. The statement of the victim girl would reveal that the matter is of some affairs between the petitioner and the victim.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57448 of 2017 (3) dt.05-01-2018 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
