JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-06-2018 Even though we are conscious of the fact that it is the case of the respondents that they have already supplied necessary documents to the petitioner, but because of petitioner's own fault in the form of change of address without due intimation to the respondents that the documents could not reach the petitioner. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the innocuous prayer made before us, we are of the considered view that there is no harm in providing the documents to the petitioner and in the interest of justice the petitioner should be supplied at least once more all the documents based on which the impugned
Patna High Court CWJC No.11850 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 action has been taken and the amount recovered from his bank account.
On the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order, the competent authority shall supply to the petitioner all the documents based on which the impugned action has been taken within 15 days thereof to enable the petitioner to prosecute his rights against the impugned action.
