2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)/a/26,27,35 of Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have snatched a golden chain from the neck of the informant.
4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties for which title suit TS No. 336 of 2022 is pending between them in which this petitioner is defendant. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner. Rest of the allegation is super-

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. case No. 351 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
