The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the I.P.C.

The informant made specific allegation against the petitioners that Wakil Paswan(petitioner no.2) caught Kamlesh Paswan with his hair and Shyam Bihari Paswan(petitioner no.1) assaulted Kamlesh Paswan with a Tangi on his neck. It is submitted that the petitioners are agnates. No such occurrence, as alleged, has taken place. It appears that there is very specific allegation against the petitioners that Wakil Paswan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33273 of 2014 (3) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 caught and Shyam Bihari Paswan assaulted with a Tangi on the neck of Kamlesh Paswan Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. The same is rejected.
