Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 342, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner and two unknown assaulted the informant and his son and snatched mobile and cash of Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 1500/- from the informant and his son.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and no substantial injury was received by the informant or his son.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25064 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No. 192 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas.
With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
