It appears that vide order dated 06.12.2021, the application with regard to petitioner no. 2, namely Babloo Paswan has already permitted to be withdrawn and this application is now restricted to petitioner no. 1, namely Uttam Kumar Paswan.

The petitioner no. 1 seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 354(A), 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
