2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on 09.11.2023 at about 8 P M , these petitioners attacked informant and her husband with a sharp weapon due to which they sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Case and counter case .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitiones.

Considering the nature of injury , case and counter case and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court No. 2 J M 1st Class (West ) Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. case No. 485 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
