2 Petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.05.2014 passed by the Deputy Director, Welfare rejecting her appeal No 02 "Ka" of 2013 as well as the order passed by the District Programme Officer on 09.05.2013 whereby her selection as Angan Bari Sevika for the Center in question has been cancelled. 3 Petitioner's counsel submits that on 30.03.2013 when the Center was found closed, she was unwell and, therefore, had left the Center. There is nothing on record to show that on

Patna High Court CWJC No.13117 of 2014 dt.02-07-2019 2/2 30.03.2013 itself, she had given any intimation to any Authority regarding her absence on account of illness. Only one prescription issued by a medical shop has been annexed in support of the said claim of the petitioner.

4 The orders impugned record various irregularities which had been detected during inspection of the Center on two dates, i e, 29.08.2012 and 30.03.2013. On 29.08.2012, the number of children found at the Center was only 11 though she had marked the attendance of 43 children. Other irregularities, i e, relative of the petitioner was made Adhyaksha of the Poshahar Committee, as well as closure of the Center on 30.03.2013 have been taken into consideration for cancelling the selection of the petitioner.

5 This Court does not find any infirmity in the said orders. Writ petition stands dismissed.
