The petitioner seeks regular bail in Special Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under sections 8, 20 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 3.3.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 60535/2019.

From perusal of the trial court's report dated 8.9.2021 it appears that charges has already been framed against the petitioner and the case is at the stage of evidence. In view of the quantity of recovery of Ganja which comes within the preview of commercial quantity and the
