2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case but the said case was also instituted by the present complainant. It is next submitted that petitioner being father of Lal Babu Kumar came to be implicated in the instant complaint case.
4. The complainant alleges that Lal Babu who is working in Army had taken Rs. 5,50,000/- on 07.08.2012 for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26833 of 2024(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/3 providing job to the brother of the complainant namely, Dhirendra Kumar Singh in Military Engineering Service. Thereafter, he again took Rs. 3 lakh on 07.08.2012 itself and thereafter took them to Nashik and supplied him forged appointment letter. It is next alleged that a panchayati was held and a panchnama was prepared, wherein Lal Babu Kumar along with the petitioner agreed to pay Rs. 7,80,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 i.e., the complainant, wherein it was agreed that after the said payment would be made Karpi P.S. case No. 70 of 2014 would be compromised.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Lal Babu had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 61265 of 2023 and the same was allowed by an order 16.10.2023 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench. It is next submitted that the case of Lal Babu Kumar was considered on merit. It is further submitted that since petitioner is father of Lal Babu Kumar, as such he was also implicated in the instant case in order to coerce Lal Babu Kumar into submission, it is next submitted that case of the petitioner is on a better footing than Lal Babu Kumar.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 99 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
