2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 02.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56795 of 2023 with an observation to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date only six witnesses have been examined out of thirteen witnesses. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2022. Chargesheet has been framed on 14.09.2023 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in the near future.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be
