The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The specific allegation is against one Rakesh Giri and not against this petitioner. As a matter of fact, the victim girl was not kidnapped by any one rather she had gone to her Nanihal without informing her family members. After recovery the victim in her statement u/s. 164 Cr.P.C. has not stated anything against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 141 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
