Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation of commission of assault against the petitioners and specific allegation is against coaccused Sanju Mushar that during occurrence of assault, he brought a knife and gave a blow at the neck of the brother of the informant, who died subsequently. Petitioners are in custody since 28.03.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37459 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bagangola Police Station Case No.07 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
