Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai Police Station Case No. 62 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and admittedly, deceased died at her parental home though informant claimed that before her death deceased disclosed that she was administered poisonous substance by her husband

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12614 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 and two others including the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Ekangarsarai Police Station Case No. 62 of 2014, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) Namita/- U T
