This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Baruraj P.S. Case No.07 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from allegation, as alleged in the FIR, it would be manifest that 1164.150 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from the brick kiln of the petitioner for which the petitioner as no concern.

Learned APP vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S.
