The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner caused head injury to the informant and when Safik Alam came to save informant, he was also assaulted.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, the present case has been lodged, in which, petitioner alongwith his family members have been made accused.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation of assault against this petitioner whereby grievous injury has been caused.
