It appears from the letter of learned District and Sessions Judge, Buxar that the petitioner being the Panchayat Secretary preferred Criminal Miscellaneous No.25044 of 2015 with a prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered under sections 406, 409 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Gola P.S. Case No.65 of 2014. It further appears that the petitioner was arrested on 29.06.2015 but the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 30.06.2015 since the fact of arrest was not brought

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25044 of 2015 (3) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 to the notice of this Court. Subsequently, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Buxar vide order dated 13.07.2015 granted regular bail to the petitioner.

Under the circumstances, the order dated 30.06.2015 is hereby rescind.
