2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 363-A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the minor son of the informant was missing. His photo was also uploaded on social media. On 10.03.2024, at about 7 A.M., the informant informed the police on 112 and they reached near Dehri More. The police apprehended a person who was taking away the minor son of the informant. He dislcosed his name as Shankar Ram (petitioner).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has

While he was returning home in the evening he found a boy on the roadside. He took him to his house and was going to inform the police in the morning; meanwhile he was apprehend. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that victim boy has not alleged anything against the petitioner. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 11.03.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 546 of 2024 arising out of Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 191 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Aurangabad.
