JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467,468,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that co accused Raja opened a shop in the name and style of Mangalam House Hold Complex in the house of Anil Kumar Gupta but he used to reside in the house of the petitioner. The informant made payment and booked certain articles on 50% discount but subsequently without supplying the articles said Raja escaped from the shop. It is further alleged that the main accused Raja in connivance with Anil Kumar Gupta committed forgery.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24960 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 that the main accused with whom payment was made, cheated the petitioner also.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
