2. The petitioners are in custody since 23.08.2017 in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 338 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and in fact petitioners have been self-victim of cheating by persons posing as the officials of the Environment and Forest Department who issued appointment letters. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
