At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the concerned authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. The learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.

Accordingly, we deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
