The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daraunda (Duraundha) P.S. Case No. 171/2017 dated 16.09.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

5 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2017 and prior to the present case, he was made accused only in one case of similar nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
