JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for Opposite Party No. 2 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. The present revision application has been filed against an order, dated 17.12.2015, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Maintenance Case No. 231 of 2012, whereby he has directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 2,500/- per month, as maintenance allowances for maintenance of Opposite Party No. 2, his wife, at the rate of Rs. 1,500/- per month and his minor son, at the rate of Rs. 1,000/- per month. Patna High Court CR. REV. No.492 of 2016 (8) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 impugned order, dated 17.12.2012, is that the said order has been passed ex-parte.

Pursuant to the various orders of this Court, the petitioner and the Opposite Party No. 2 have appeared in chambers.

Attempts were made to get the matter reconciled, which has failed.

On perusal of the materials on record and from what has transpired in course of interaction with the parties, I do not find any illegality, which requires interference.

This application has no merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
