JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No.72 of 2018, registered for offences alleged under Sections 365, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl has been recovered from the room of the co-accused Bikash Kumar Yadav at Haryana along with Ravi Kumar, Rahul Kumar and Bikash Kumar. Learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge has taken note of this fact in the impugned order. The only allegation against the petitioner is that the sim card given by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37225 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 accused Ravi Kumar to the victim was standing in the name of this petitioner. It is submitted that save and except this, no further allegation has surfaced against this petitioner. Learned APP for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances under which the victim girl is said to have been recovered from the room of the co-accused and that this petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018, subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Arvind/- U T
