2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s) as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Mahila P.S. Case No. 01 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 354, 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Considering the serious allegation against the petitioner, I do not find this to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
