The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 420, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the informant and he lives separately from the informant. Moreover, the F.I.R. has been lodged after four months from the date of occurrence without explaining the plausible delay which

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 190 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
