The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.12.2018.
Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the allegation is omnibus but the police has submitted charge sheet against this petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is ready

Considering the fact that petitioner is husband and he is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018. The Court below after releasing the petitioner shall refer the dispute between parties to District Mediation Center so that the dispute between husband and wife may be settled.
