The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2004/2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitionerS that the present complaint has been lodged against the petitioners only to wreak vengeance on account of internal dispute between the family members of the two families. It is further submitted that such type of occurrence cannot be possible in the broad day
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32464 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 light and that too, with connivance with other female members of the family.
Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation police had not submitted charge sheet against the petitioner, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 2004 of 2013.
