Petitioner is in custody in connection with Baliya (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-B), A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he recovery was made from the joint family house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 5.11.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 5.11.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
