The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

As per the FIR, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons sexually harassed and misbehaved with the daughters of informant and they also assaulted their cousin brothers by iron rod, fist and slap and scissors causing serious injury.

It is submitted that there is inordinate delay of four days in lodging of the FIR and there is no plausible explanation for the same. Allegation of sexual harassment is general and

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Session Judge VIth-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), Gaya in connection with Gaya Muffasil P.S. Case No. 301 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
